The Haute with Heart Fashion Show returns for its 46th year with the theme "Couture", on Saturday, August 17th, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in Downtown. The fashion show is hosted by St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center, a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, educating and empowering them to reach their full potential.
