Description
The low pressure system that is over the Pacific Northwest and Northern California will continue to move south in our direction. That will enhance the marine layer and keep temperatures below average.
We could receive .25" of rain at the coast, .50" inland, and up to 1.0" in the mountains. Temperatures will be 10° - 20° below average Thursday into Friday. Snow levels will drop to roughly 5,000', with a possibility of maybe an inch or two over Palomar Mountain and Mount Laguna. Higher elevations to the north of us can expect heavier snow accumulations. By Friday we start to dry out but it will take some time for temps to return to normal.
