We started the week with strong cloud cover streaming across the county. A low-pressure system over the west prompted this gray scene. Not squeezing out a lot of rain for San Diego County, as only 0.01" was reported in two mountain spots, including Julian, on Sunday. The dip in the jet stream will keep onshore flow intact across the region, with more passing clouds and below-seasonal temperatures on Tuesday.
