Description
Another strong winter storm arrived in San Diego late Tuesday night, bringing rain, mountain snow, wind, and cooler temperatures across the county that will persist through most of the day on Wednesday.
The majority of heavy rain along the coast and inland will fall prior to noon, but a few scattered showers will persist beyond the afternoon with snow continuing though the day over the mountains and wind remaining breezy through about 10:00 p.m. Wednesday.
