Description
After a damp, windy, and cold Valentine's Day, changes are in store for Wednesday as skies clear, and wind speeds die down. While it's a calmer start to Wednesday, it's also a very cold one.
Overnight low temperatures have plummeted between 10 and 20 degrees compared to where they were early Tuesday morning, leading to a Frost Advisory from the coast through inland valleys in San Diego County.
