The Cause Conference is a business conference for business leaders in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors to come together to make San Diego a better city to live, work and play. Its goal is to activate, empower and encourage the local business community to support community initiatives. The Cause Conference itself is a full-day conference set to take place on Sept. 15, 2022, at the University of San Diego. Hosted by the BBB and the San Diego Business Journal, it will unite and empower purpose-driven business and nonprofit leaders to inspire positive social impact and shared prosperity through inclusive collaboration. Founded 24 years ago by Parker Pike, the Cause Conference provides a platform for sharing groundbreaking ideas to help the business community reach their purpose-driven goals.
