The deaths of two men whose bodies were found at a Tacoma recycling center in April were drug-related, according to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office. The deaths of Zack Hillis, 33, of SeaTac and Jeremy Lindsay, 36, were ruled an accident. Hillis died of acute fentanyl, methamphetamine, and methadone toxicity. Lindsay died of acute combined methamphetamine, fentanyl and acetyl fentanyl intoxication, the medical examiner said Thursday. The Tacoma Police Department said it is still investigating how the men ended up at the recycling facility.
