Seattle Police Homicide Detective Rolph Norton was called out to the scene. “I went out to the calls and I remember those days vividly. It's very surreal," Norton said. "This wasn't an area that gets a lot of police activity, so our presence really was noticed and going through that experience as an investigator, it's very striking.” READ THE FULL STORY HERE: https://www.king5.com/article/news/crime/seattle-police-foundation-crowdfunding-dna-testing-cold-case/281-0a1c7cdb-1f9f-4395-91f9-fdc2068d5113
