Description
The first high-speed Frecciarossa train run by the Italian company Trenitalia arrives in Milan from Paris since the service was interrupted in August 2023 by a landslide in the Maurienne Valley. There are four daily runs: two departures from Milan, at 6:25 a.m. and 3:53 p.m., and two from Paris, at 7:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m., with a total of 1,840 seats offered each day. The trip crosses the Alps and has a duration of about 7 hours. "For me it is the only means of travel now that exists in the new era", says Daniela Cattaneo, an art curator. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
