Description
Denis Tuttle's son said he's hoping for reform in the Houston Police Department.
His father's killer, ex-Houston police officer Gerald Goines, was sentenced to 60 years in prison and a $20,000 fine after he was found guilty of two counts of murder in the 2019 deaths of Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas.
The veteran narcotics cop led the botched no-knock drug raid that led to the deaths of the couple and their dog. Four officers, including Goines, were shot and wounded.
