Khamaya Donelson was shot and killed after she, her mom and her 8-year-old brother visited an ice cream shop in the Greenspoint area of north Houston. Despite a $50,000 reward, a billboard campaign and countless hours by Houston Police Department homicide detectives and FBI agents, her killer still hasn't been caught.
