A correctional officer died in the line of duty Monday, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice said in a news release. Jovian Motley, 27, was working at the Wainwright Unit in Houston County, Texas. According to the department, Motley was helping an officer to restrain an inmate at the prison when he died.
