Tropical Depression #9 strengthened into Tropical Storm Harold. It is still expected to move across South Texas on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is still expected to move across South Texas on Tuesday and Wednesday, producing about 3 to 5 inches of rain. Some areas could see at least 7 inches of rain.
