Description
Jan. 24 on The Story: On a summer evening in 1973, 17-year-old Rita Jolly vanished. Her family believes that she was out for a walk, something she was known to do, but she never returned. Though investigators have followed up on numerous tips and leads in the decades since, none have ever panned out. But the cold case is still being investigated, and one theory is that Jolly's disappearance could be tied to a suspected serial killer over the Columbia River in Clark County — one who is currently serving two life sentences for murders committed in the 1970s.
