Description
Negasi Zuberi, who has been in jail for over a year, is set to appear in U.S. District Court in Medford on Thursday. He's accused of kidnapping a Seattle woman and locking her in a makeshift cinderblock cell in his Klamath Falls home in 2023. Zuberi has been charged with multiple offenses including rap, assault and kidnapping. His trial in federal court is scheduled to begin next week.
