Neighbors are shocked at the murder of 32-year-old Melissa Jubane. A makeshift memorial has been set up outside her apartment building. Jubane was a nurse at Providence St. Vincent and she had just gotten married. Beaverton police arrested Jubane's neighbor, 27-year-old Bryce Schubert, for second-degree murder. Beaverton police are asking the public for tips related to the case.
