Description
Sept. 19 on The Story: This week, a group aptly named The Coalition to Fix and Improve Measure 110 announced its arrival on the scene, revealing two different ballot initiatives meant to roll back drug decriminalization in Oregon. According to backers, they want to see state lawmakers use their proposals to change state law, otherwise they'll move forward with gathering signatures on one proposal or the other. So tonight we're digging into the measures and talking with several people on both sides of the issue to give you a better idea of what this all means.
