Portland police said that Rylee Hatlen, 19, died at the scene shortly after first responders arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning. KGW spoke to Rylee's father. He said she graduated early with her brother. "She was young, but she was ambitious," he said. He said she was a bright light to everyone. "She was absolutely amazing," he said.
