FBI officials in Portland say a man kidnapped, sexually assaulted and imprisoned a woman in a cinderblock cell at his home in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The agency said it believes there are more sexual assault victims. The investigation has extended to Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, Utah, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Alabama and Nevada.
