Description
Kellee Harris lost her daughter, Kelsey, in March 2021. After being strangled by an abuser and her case seemingly brushed off, Kelsey took her own life. Harris thinks that a strangulation kit — a forensic exam similar to a rape kit — might have made a difference for her daughter.
