Dec. 5, 2022 on The Story: As climate change becomes an increasing concern in our world, beef has been getting a bad rap. Cattle produce a great deal of methane, a greenhouse gas, and grazing land is transfigured by ranching in a way that stores far less carbon dioxide than it would otherwise. Some Oregon farmers are doing their part to leave a better world for the next generation, participating in a growing program of regenerative ranching.
