"We're the biggest paint recycler in Oregon," Sierra said. Inside, he and Michel Martinez are dressed for paint recycling. It's messy, it's busy and it's organized. "Black. Light Gray. Beige. Khaki ... " They’re sorting used paints and keeping them out of landfills. MetroPaint Marketing Specialist Gia Ballash has good news. "MetroPaint is having an end of season event this Thursday through Saturday. You can get up to 25 gallons of free limited-edition paint," she said. Karen Sewell’s home was destroyed in a wildfire. She needs good paint, for a good price — and she found it here. "We're building from scratch and we have to prime the whole subfloor this weekend. So, I came and got recycled paint."
