Robert J. Ruark was convicted of murder and felonious assault in connection with the July 4, 2008 shooting death of Chad Woford, 24. Police said the shooting happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Osceola Avenue after a long-simmering feud between two groups. Chad Wolford, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other men, whose names were no timmediately released, were taken to area hospitals with gunshot wounds.
