The district attorney for Douglas County will not press charges against the Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy who fatally shot Jalin Seabron outside Main Event in Highlands Ranch in February. Seabron was shot and killed by a Douglas County sheriff's deputy in the parking lot of Main Event on Feb. 8. District Attorney George Brauchler announced on Monday that he found the shooting justified.
