The district attorney for Douglas County will not press charges against the Douglas County Sheriff's deputy who fatally shot Jalin Seabron outside Main Event in Highlands Ranch in February. DA George Brauchler said upon reviewing the results of the investigation into the incident, he found the officer's actions were "objectively reasonable" given what the officer knew and saw at the time of the shooting.
