Boulder Police say it's been one week since an off-leash dog attacked a mini poodle on a walking trail and took off. Just one day after the attack, Jim Freedom's dog, Amanda, passed away. Freedom said he doesn't understand how the other dog's owner could simply take off after the attack without an apology or offering to help.
