Winter weather seemed to finally arrive in Northern Colorado on Tuesday, as Fort Collins got about 2 inches of snow.
“It’s been so dry, it’s good to see the moisture come down finally,” said Bill Barnes, a driver for the city’s snowplow crew. “... It’s kind of funny being this late in the year, and we haven’t really been out to do anything."
The snow marks the first time this winter that snowplows have been needed.
