Ceballos started Denver Mountain View Services a few years ago. The company mainly does landscaping and fencing projects, but during the winter, they shovel snow to get by. Ceballos said the recent weather has dried up business. So far this season, he has received roughly 50% fewer requests for shoveling compared with last winter.
