Description
The Omar D. Blair Charter School, a tuition-free charter school, serves a diverse population in northeast Denver.
The school was named after Omar D. Blair who was a WWII officer, Tuskegee Airman, and was the first Black president of the Denver School Board in 1977. He was passionate about education for all students and Harrell said it’s important to continue his mission to help close the learning gap.
