Miley Cyrus is being sued, accused of copying a Bruno Mars song in her song, "Flowers."
The company Tempo Music Investments owns part of the copyright to Bruno Mars' song, "When I was Your Man.".
The lawsuit claims that Miley and her co-writers copied melodic, harmonic and lyrical elements of Bruno's song.
