A man has been arrested on kidnapping and other charges after police say he forced a 14-year-old girl into his apartment, then groped her as she escaped and walked home, the Aurora Police Department said. Police said it happened around 7:30 a.m. Sunday at an apartment complex on Potomac Street just south of Sixth Avenue. The suspect, 37-year-old Jhon Balestrini Ferrer, was arrested on charges of enticement of a child, sexual assault on a child and kidnapping, according to police.
