Description
Heavy mountain snow this morning in Colorado will gradually decrease in intensity this afternoon, but the snow will hang on basically all day long. The snow probably won't entirely come to a close until tomorrow morning. So expect difficult travel conditions basically all day in the high country, though things should gradually improve a bit this afternoon.
Some areas could get an additional foot or more of snow before all is said and done. Winter Storm Warnings continue across most of the high country into early tomorrow.
In Denver, a little slush moved through early this morning, and we'll only have a chance for a stray rain or snow shower today. We'll likely get some breaks in the cloud cover as well, and that'll allow our highs to get up into the mid-50s.
