The Denver Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened outside of Denver's aquarium Wednesday afternoon. Police believe the victim, a man, was the intended target of the drive-by shooting. Police said the shooting happened just after 3 p.m. in the area of the Downtown Aquarium at 700 Water Street. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died.
