A Florida elementary school principal and teacher are behind bars after police said the former hosted an "Open House Party" involving more than 100 minors with many seen drinking alcohol.
Roosevelt Elementary School Principal Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan and teacher Karly Anderson were both charged with child neglect, according to a news release from the Cocoa Beach Police Department.
Officers responded to calls about the house party on Sunday, Jan. 19, and reportedly observed "over 100 juveniles in matching t-shirts," many of whom were drinking alcohol from coolers at the home.
