A 15-year-old boy was arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in Tarpon Springs. Officers responded around 8 p.m. Monday to Starlight Cove near Bridgewater Drive in the Riverside Apartments complex after getting word of a shooting in the area. When they arrived, officers said they noticed a person wasn't responsive and went to give them first aid. The person, later identified as 36-year-old Candice Stinson, was rushed to the hospital where she later died. Around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Tarpon Springs police arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection to the shooting. He was charged with first-degree murder.
