Description
Three members of the Uhuru Movement, a St. Pete-based activist group accused of conspiring with Russia to defraud the U.S. government and sow division in the country, will not get prison time.
Instead, a judge sentenced African People's Socialist Party Chairman Omali Yeshitela, Penny Hess and Jesse Nevel to 36 months probation and 300 hours of community service on Monday. No fines were issued.
