A man was arrested for allegedly killing a 20-year-old in October. St. Petersburg Police found Anthony Ly on a driveway in the area of 16th Avenue South with a gunshot wound around 5 p.m. on Oct. 30. He was taken to Orlando Bayfront Hospital in "extremely critical condition," where he died. On Nov. 7, police arrested Eddie Smith III, 26, in connection with his death, according to a news release.
