Gulfport police say they've found the body of a missing boater who anchored off Gulfport's Veterans Park during Tropical Storm Debby. Brian Clough, 48, was believed to have been anchored about 50 feet from the shoreline with his dog, according to the Gulfport Police Department. Another boater saw his vessel had partially sunk during the late morning hours on Monday. His dog, the witness told police, was still on board but without Clough. Police said the other boater searched the vessel for Clough and could not find him.
