A man allegedly driving a stolen vehicle with a license revoked for over a decade and while high, led law enforcement on a high-speed chase before crashing into another car. Edwin Carrion-Andino, 39, was driving a Nissan Sentra, which was reported stolen out of the Tampa Police Department, on Polk Parkway when a Lakeland police officer who was looking for him tried to make a traffic stop around 9 p.m. Friday. Carrion-Andino sped away and led the officer on a chase going about 95 to 110 mph as he drove onto westbound I-4, almost crashing into numerous vehicles as he drove on the shoulder of the road, according to police.
