Hurricane Idalia brought potentially catastrophic storm surge, flooding and winds to the Tampa Bay area has the storm made its way through the Gulf of Mexico. As 10 Tampa Bay reporters Malique Rankin and Hannah Dineen were reporting on Hurricane Idalia from Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa, a car nearly drove through flooded streets.
