Description
The Atlantic is coming alive with tropical activity, with the National Hurricane Center now tracking four different disturbances.
First is the tropical wave located north of Hispaniola. It's forecast to move westward and primarily stay south of Florida this weekend.
This system will impact our area heading into Sunday by adding additional deep tropical moisture to our atmosphere and increasing rain chances. Wind speeds will be on the increase, as well, so expect breezy conditions.
The tropical wave will move past us and out in the open Gulf waters potentially into next week. Once there, it has a medium chance of becoming a tropical depression.
