Since India suspended a key water treaty with neighbouring Pakistan in the wake of a deadly attack in Indian-run Kashmir, fears are deepening along the banks of the Indus River in Sukkur. Islamabad has warned that any attempt by India to stop water supplies from the river would be an "act of war", but for local fishermen, the crisis is already existential.
