Description
The Venezuelan Minister of Interior and Justice, Diosdado Cabello, described the US position regarding the case of Maikelys Antonella Espinoza Bernal — a two-year-old girl separated from her migrants parents, who were accused by US authorities of belonging to the mega-gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) and deported — as an "arrogant response".
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has said the girl was placed in foster care to protect her from her parents, who it claimed were members of Venezuela's drug gang. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
