Description
The need for that rain gear will return on Thursday, with chances for scattered showers and a few storms returning.
The best chance will be for areas south of I-70. And regardless of if you see showers, the clouds and northerly winds will keep temperatures a bit lower than today.
Sunshine returns on Friday, but it will be cool thanks to the northerly winds. Expected highs in the 60s.
Then we enjoy temperatures trending upward as we head into Mother's Day weekend with the current forecast including more sunshine, and mild and dry weather through the beginning of next week!
And with temperatures warming into the 70s and even 80s early next week, we will see a return to a bit more humid air and consequently, an increasing chance of showers & storms.
At this point, Monday looks dry for central Ohio, but showers & storms are possible Tuesday and Wednesday.
Severe weather is not expected across Ohio at this time, but we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you all informed!
