A judge on Friday sentenced a man to the maximum allowed under a plea agreement in connection with the 2023 death of Alexa Bartell, who was killed when a large rock was thrown through her windshield and struck her in the head. Zachary Kwak, now 20, was sentenced to 32 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections.
