Deputies found the interim chief of the Cowlitz Tribal Public Safety Department dead after responding to a home burglary, the Clark County Sheriff's Office said on Friday. Sheriff's deputies responded on April 23 around 9:43 p.m. to a burglary reported at a home on Northeast 79th Street in Vancouver.
