Description
A teen pleaded guilty Monday to a shooting that injured three people on Denver's 16th Street Mall in August, according to court records.
Cyrus Haggard, now 17, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder, according to court records. Other charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
The shooting happened just after 5:30 p.m. Aug. 13 in the area of 16th and Wynkoop streets in Lower Downtown. The victims, all men, were taken to a hospital. Police said one victim was in critical condition, and the other two suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
