Two people arrested for allegedly helping escaped inmates from the Orleans Justice Center have bonded out of jail, according to jail records.
A 59-year-old Slidell woman, Connie Weeden, accused of aiding Jermaine Donald, one of the 10 escapees, posted a $100,000 bond on Saturday. Louisiana State Police said the woman allegedly sent Donald money through a cell phone app and communicated with him both before and after the May 16 escape.
