Description
With high pressure at the surface and aloft centered toward the East coast, this has brought a SE wind and a more humid flow over the area. This is the reason for the more abundant moisture. With the approach of a front tomorrow, this looks to be the trigger for slightly better rain chances.
Usually not much of an issue, but with scattered rain potential for trick-or-treaters, we will declare Thursday as a Weather Impact Day. No severe weather, no flooding, more of a nuisance for everyone outdoors. Rain chances only appear to be 40%, so not everyone will even see rain.
