It could reach the Bay of Campeche in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico on Saturday, but models maintain it will remain well to the south of the U.S. Gulf Coast and development chances aren't very strong. Still, heavy rain is expected in parts of Central America and Mexico through this weekend.
